[UPDATE! 22/08] NEW! Origin Humble Bundle.

With just less than 6 days to go, the Humble bundle has been updated with two more games for those who pay over the average!

First up is Command & Conquer Red Alert 3: Uprising, for Steam and or Origin.
Also is Mr Molyneux’s very own Populous, the RTS/God game originally released in 1990 from Bullfrog.

At the time of writing the bundle sits at an average of $4.82, the highest its been all week, but hardly moving within the past few days.

Now is a perfect time to get these games. Whether you like or dislike Origin, or even EA, this bundle is incredible value. To not buy it, is a bad thing.

Starting today and for the next 2 weeks is the new Humble Bundle as partnered with EA and their Origin service.  This Humble Bundle has many triple A titles at a price well below the cost of individual purchases.

For paying whatever you choose to, every user gets the following:
Dead Space
Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box
Crysis 2 Maximum Edition
Mirrors Edge
Dead Space 3
Medal of Honor

Paying over the average will earn you, as extra:

Battlefield 3
The Sims 3 + Starter Pack

While Origin is a polarising marketplace, it is rare to see this calibre of titles for sale at such a low price.  For previous Humble Bundles, the earlier you buy the deal, the cheaper it is (as over time people paying for the extra titles drives the price up).  However later on occasionally new items get added into the bundle, and those who purchase before they get added don’t get them.  Nevertheless, for any price the user can get the first six titles.

There are 8 top class games on offer, and after what we’ve suggested above, I would wait until a day left to pick up any extra games that end up being added.

The Humble bundle runs out on Wednesday 28th at 7PM GMT.
