Update 1:
In a tweet today, Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb has confirmed the games for this months “Games with Gold”:
For the first 2 weeks only, Xbox Live Gold Members can download Stainless Games’ Magic the Gathering 2013.
Then from the 16th of September, they can download Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Vegas.
Magic the Gathering is the newest game offered so far, where as Rainbow Six Vegas is the oldest game having been released in December ’06.
In comparison, Sony’s offering for the month of September to their PS+ members is:
Assassins Creed 3
Jak and Daxter HD Trilogy
A Clone in the Dark
Urban Trial Freestyle (Vita Only)
New Little King’s Story(Vita Only)
While Sony’s offerings are only playable while the user still has PS+, I think that Microsoft are yet to match what Sony can deliver when rewarding their membership base.
Original Post:
Thanks to the guys over at LevelSave there is a screenshot out on the web showing the next “Games with Gold” offer from Microsoft according to Xbox Australia.
Magic the Gathering 2013 could be coming free to all Xbox Live Gold users on the first of September.
As soon as anything has been confirmed, I will update this post.
