One of the most highly anticipated games in development is Battlefield 4, the next iteration of EA/DICE’s famous shooter. Based around the Frostbite 3 engine, gamers have been wondering what the minimum specifications are going to be, given that Battlefield 3 was very demanding (although personally I felt this was more due to bad programming than detail/complexity).
So today on Twitter those guidelines were announced:
It sounds like we’re going CPU heavy with this one more than GPU. As always, I’d suggest an SSD in there as well. Pair up a i5-4670K with a pair of 7870s and you are laughing all the way to 1080p on max.
